The AKA FIGHT FITNESS training begins with warming up for the whole body, meaning that the entire body is worked on simultaneously. Complex movements are used, with the combination of punches and kicks at the beginning, but in a gentle rhythm without power or contraction. After 10 minutes of warming up, we move on to choreography from simple to more complex movements. The correct execution of poses and stands is crucial, which is why it is executed from simpler to more complex stands. All the techniques of Karate are introduced into the stands, adapted and simplified in order to cope with them, without any prior knowledge of martial arts. In the last part of the class we focus on full-body strengthening exercises, and at the very end, stretching.
